Terms of Service
Effective 4 August 2026
These terms cover your use of streetvers.com, the Streetvers game client, and everything you can do with a Streetvers account. Using the site means you accept them.
1. Who we are
Streetvers is operated by [OPERATOR], registered at [ADDRESS]. You can reach us via the support page.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and at least 18 to buy anything.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by asking us on the support page.
3. SV Coins (SVC)
SVC is a virtual in-game currency. It is a licence to use features inside Streetvers — not money, not a stored-value instrument, and not property.
- SVC has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, redeemed or transferred.
- SVC cannot be sold or traded outside Streetvers.
- Unused SVC is lost if your account is closed for breach of these terms. If we close the service, see section 8.
- Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may change.
4. Purchases, refunds and your right to cancel
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. In the EU and UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase — but that right ends once delivery has begun, and SVC is delivered immediately. By buying SVC you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right at that point.
Anything bought with SVC inside the game is final. If a purchase fails or you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will fix it.
5. Crates and randomised items
Crates contain randomised items. Before you open one we show the drop rate for each rarity on that specific crate. Those odds are what the server uses.
- Each pull is independent — a previous result does not change the next one.
- You may receive an item you already own.
- A crate is consumed when opened. Opening one is final.
- You must be 18 or over to buy or open a paid crate.
6. What you make and upload
Cards you design in the Studio, artist pages, tracks, images and posts are yours. You keep ownership.
By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting Streetvers — including rendering it as a playable card in the game. You can end this licence for future use by deleting the content, except where we have already used it in a released build or in material already published.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including any music.
7. Rules of use
Don't do any of this:
- Upload anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Impersonate another person or artist.
- Manipulate votes, charts or campaigns — including with multiple accounts or bots.
- Attack, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Buy, sell or transfer accounts or SVC outside Streetvers.
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it is proportionate we will tell you why and let you appeal.
8. Changes to the game and the service
Streetvers is in active development. Features, card stats, prices and the shape of the economy will change, and content can be rebalanced or withdrawn.
If we shut the service down permanently, we will give at least 30 days' notice and stop selling SVC immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to let you spend a remaining balance during that period.
9. Liability
We provide Streetvers "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you — these terms do not replace them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post any change here and update the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect.
